The bed and breakfast Via Roma born from the faithful restoration of a nineteenth, century building. The structure preserves the unique and refined atmosphere of the past with precious decorations, antique furniture and some objects of considerable historical value. The welcome drink is the FREE tasting of a significant selection of Marsala wines, including a good glass of Marsala tapped from the cask inside which the family still retains the mother wine of 1860, the year of Garibaldi's landing in Marsala. The bed and breakfast is situated in Via Roma. We are minutes away from the historic center, museums, theaters and from the old Spanish Quarter which is home to the famous fish market. You will also find the archaeological park, with Venere Callipige and the Punic Ship, when walking toward the Capo Boeo.
The nineteenth-century noble building is located near the Giacomo Matteotti square, known as "Porta Mazara," a gate, that in the past, closed the old walls of the city Lilybeum (which was later destroyed by bombing).
